How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add what you want to your cart, and checkout. Fill in your name, address, and phone number and confirm your order. Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatching.
Can I order over WhatsApp?
Yes. Just message us on +92 300 211 0033 and we will take your order directly. You can also join our WhatsApp Channel for the latest updates, new arrivals, and exclusive deals.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via Email and WhatsApp.
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from verified, authorized distributors. We have never sold a fake product and we never will.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days if the product is defective or if we sent you the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind or price concerns. Learn More
What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us within 24 to 48 hours with a photo or video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Where are your stores located?
Currently, we have 3 stores in Karachi: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Maskan Chowrangi, and North Karachi. More locations coming soon. All stores are open 12:00 PM–2:00 AM, 7 days a week.
